Hot Spinach
Spinach Onions finely chopped Garlic crushed Cinnamon Ground black pepper Tiny amount of coconut oil
Lightly sauté onions and garlic until soft but not brown in the coconut oil. Turn down the heat to low and add the spinach and a tiny amount of water to allow the spinach to sweat down, add pepper and cinnamon. Serve with poached eggs. |
