Super Food – aids slimming

Turn simple foods into super foods, by sprouting.
Sprouting is really simple to do, very little time involved and very little effort is needed to have fresh food on tap very cheaply. Any grains, lentils, seeds, or beans can be sprouted.
The process of sprouting dramatically increases their nutritional value and at the same time reduces calories. Good news all round.
The other thing it does to increase the digestibility of the grain or bean. In other words if you avoid beans because you get digestive problems after ingesting them, them sprouting might be the answer for you.
IT IS SIMPLE -
Soak the beans, lentils or grains in water over night and in the morning throw the water away. Now place the soak beans or grains into -
a) a large jar and over the mouth with a piece of netting, secure with an elastic band. Two to three times a day pour water into the jar throw the netting, then remove the water.
b) a bag made out of netting with a draw string top approx 6 x 9 inches. Dunk the bag into a bowl of fresh water and hang up immediately to allow water to drain, do this two to three times a day.
In a few days you will have super fresh sprouts ready to use, in salads, soups, or stir-fries.
