You need to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables!
Don’t think that you could skip the fruits and vegetables in favor of Vitamin C tablets it doesn’t work quite like that. The fresh produce contains powerful therapeutic plant compounds (phyto-chemicals), fiber of various descriptions, many other vitamins, minerals and the all important enzymes. Supplementing your diet with vitamins and minerals is a good thing but using them instead of a healthy diet for weight-loss is not the idea.
Even frozen fruits and vegetables are good, much much better than not eating them because you have run out of the fresh stuff. Though some vitamins and minerals are reduced they are still a great nutritional value and many plant compounds remain intact.
