Almost 20 years ago Sonia qualified as a Nutritional Therapist, training with Dr. Plaskett in Britain. Then shortly after that Sonia started training with the renowned Beryl Craine, who has done much to advance reflexology in Britain and elsewhere in the world, even lecturing in China. A stay in Australia the home of alternative medicine, here Sonia trained as a Naturopath.

Sonia is a published author – in Britain at end of 2007 ‘End the Food Confusion‘, in October 2009 her second book will be published by Sterling publishers US ‘Simply Reflexology’. Early 2010 third book published Pain, medication relief and natural cure by Atlantic Books

2009 saw the launch of our own brand of natural, organic, toxic-chemical-free personal care products. These products will be the first of their kind in Panama. SPA NATURALS.

Mark is Australian and started off life as an actor – then started training over 20 years ago in Australia.

Mark specializes in joint and muscle problems.

About 10 years ago we met Mark in Australia, and have worked together ever since. We often work as a team putting our heads together to work out the best course of action for an individual patient.
