Nectarine and Peach rich in boron

Both are wonderful fruits, they have a deep cleansing affect, with diuretic and laxative properties. They contain the mineral boron, a nutrient that helps to stabilize hormones, which in turn helps to calm cravings due to PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome) and the menopause.  They have a mild laxative affect, are alkaline forming and stimulate the digestion.

A lot of people hate the feel of the peach skin as it puts their teeth on edge, so eat nectarines instead.
